Management Information System – Senior Engineer, Data Center Infra. Ops. #2
Basic Function:
Manage and control all Mining Operations-related applications and services within Jobsite, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements and Company policy.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct testing and benchmarking of any new hardware, software and operating system that will be used by department/company in order to get the information on the capability of the new IT.
- Provide analytical report and guideline/manual of the IT analyzed that will be used by technician in order to give the accurate and immediate solution relating to the problem on the field.
- Maintain and update the central server application, AutoCAD, NT windows on site to ensure the application running well.
- Enforce and control safety implementation in the work environment to minimize accident/damage.
- Develop communication with department user to eliminate hardware, software and operating system problem to support department productivity.
- Actively checking and update IT or new technology in order to ensure the existing hardware, software or application compatible with the IT.
- Responsible to maintain the MIS server installation and Anti Virus to ensure its reliability and to support the technician in repairing the application problem.
- Responsible for designing and implement tools to support PC Support teams in order to quickly and cost effectively manage large number of desktops on site.

- Provide accurate information, justification, and manual on IT in order to avoid cost consuming of the hardware, software, and application and to ensure their reliability.
- Proactive on computer manufacture and device and to ensure the existing company hardware, software and application compatible to the IT.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with strong server management expertise in an environment where supporting critical production servers in a major part of the role.

Concentrating – Chemist, X-Ray
Basic Function:
- Perform and monitor support/service activities within Assay & Analytical Laboratory Dept in relation to all Freeport X-Ray Laboratory business operation ensuring such functions run effectively and efficiently. Fulfill the role of Professional Chemist Staff for all aspects ISO17025, ISO14001, and other environmental and safety audits and inspections as required to ensure the compliance with related standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Perform and monitor LIMS and Direct Charge orders of chemical/lab supply.
- Monitor and review chemical/assay material usage and storage in lab operations and develop initiatives towards cost-savings.
- Administer and monitor time card and vacation record towards optimization of human resources utilization and minimization of overtime.
- Administer and monitor service requests and contract works while optimizing predictive maintenance of laboratory X-Ray instrumentations and QA/QC programs.
- Supervising 3 different crew (9 Amdel Analyzer technicians) and 1 instrument technician.
- Administer and monitor training matrix for all Amdel Analyzer personnel and Lab personnel.
- Prepare and generate monthly report including safety, environmental, people, cost, analytical quality and productivity trends.
- Monitor environmental and chemical handling activities to ensure compliance to PTFI/EMS standards and policies.

Purpose:

Basic Function:
- Supervise construction work in assigned area to ensure the work is appropriate, executed properly according to design plans and company standards and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in the planning and scheduling of the manpower and material provision for construction to ensure that construction works accommodate all project requirement according to schedule and budgeted man-hours and meets company safety standards and procedures.
- Supervise material utilization plan/requirements; including Material Take Offs (MTO) and schedule material delivery accordingly to ensure that material provision is in line with project schedule.
- Execute and supervise monthly Key performance Indicators (KPIs) in all projects as set as target and guidelines for specific work completion to ensure the specific work completion targets are met.
- Execute and supervise construction design drawings and its field construction work to make sure that the as-built construction is according to the design and that required by the client.
- Report to supervisor any discrepancy between design drawings and field conditions that might lead to necessary changes in design, and to ensure proper field construction works are based proper design and to increase work productivity and prevent reworking.
- Assist in the supervisory and control of construction work activities and prepare its periodic reports to make sure that all installations are in line with international standards and codes.
- Coordinate safety measures such as analyzing all incoming work in their safety aspects to provide proper safety guidelines for construction work.
- Coordinate with other areas engineers and with safety supervisor to provide and approve safety aspects of special work permits for high-risk work (hot permit, excavation permit, overhead crane checklist, etc.) and aspect of fatigue management to ensure that these activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate Construction crew on appropriateness of crew’s knowledge and skill requirements to further improve their performance and responsibilities.

- Assist & Monitoring implementation of PTFI/FCX Health & Safety policy, SOP, Guidelines, Work Instruction, and compliance of statutory regulation in field operation to all company Operation and Contractor.
- Assist & Monitoring implementation of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Control with all stakeholders in the field operation of each work shift on daily basis according to PTFI/FCX HS Policy & Standards and statutory regulation in each work shift.
- Assist & Monitoring implementation Fatal Risk Management (FRM) Program and assist operation team to ensure they are fully conversant with this program.
- Assist & monitor critical control implementation in field operation in each work shift with area supervisor.
