1. Accounting Officer

Job Description :

• Record trading journal transactions
• Prepare financial statements regularly
• Create and prepare ad hoc reports to support the bank’s needs

Requirement :

• Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Officer
• Understand the basic accounting principles.
• Able to use accounting-related computer applications.
• Able to work within deadlines.
• Site Head Office, Jakarta

2. Safety Foreman (Overseas Placement)

Job Description :

• Create Occupational Health and Safety report & compliance.
• Development of employee knowledge in mining safety aspects.
• Monitoring Occupational Health and Safety implementations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an OHS program plan, policies, procedures, and identification of PPE needs and their management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of workplace facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
• Analyze HSE data and trends, and develop recommendations and action plans to address areas of concern and improve HSE performance.
• OHS lead and carry out investigations according to established procedures as well as related campaigns in the form of best practices.

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Safety Foreman in mining industry.
• Have a certification in Investigation by BNSP, Middle K3 Expert by BNSP, ISO & OHSAS Awareness, TOT Level 4, and Basic Fire Fighter.
• Possess In-depth knowledge of mining safety regulations and standards.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in Solomon with a 20:4 roster.

3. Geologist Foreman (Overseas Placement)

Job Description :

• Support and develop geological studies and evaluations related to site projects for all potential areas.
• Develop exploration plans, budgets, and reports for all study areas.
• Design and propose necessary geological methods.
• Manage reports from all study areas.
• Support exploration drilling projects such as sample drilling, equipment preparation in accordance with QA/QC standards.

Requirement :

• A minimum of a Bachelor\’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
• At least 1 year of work experience as an Exploration Geologist in nickel mining.
• Certified in POP and K3.
• Willing to be placed in the Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.
• Possessing good English skills, both written and spoken, is a plus.

4. Equipment Foreman

Job Description :

• Report to the PJO about the health, safety, and well-being of the members.
• Coordinate with MPE regarding short-term and long-term plans.
• Implement the plans given by MPE.
• Ensure the unit operates efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the entire production team to solve any problems together.

Requirement :

• Minimum education of middle / high school / vocational school.
• At least 1 year of experience in the mining industry.
• Good understanding of nickel mining processes and cut & fill projects.
• Understand fleet matching calculations and work unit efficiency.
• Have excellent map reading skills and strong technical abilities.
• Familiar with administrative rules in the mining industry.
• Visionary with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Honest, firm, responsible, and reliable.
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster
• Site Obi, Maluku Utara

5. Mechanic Foreman

Job Description :

• Help the Maintenance Superintendent with creating work schedules, including spare parts, materials, and labor, to be included in the short-term detailed Maintenance Operation System (MOS) plan.
• Responsible for reporting assigned tasks requested by the Maintenance Operation System (MOS).
• Supervise the Maintenance Subordinates\’ activities and make sure the work is technically correct, done safely, and cost-effective.
• Responsible for investigating any differences from the targets.
• Ensure all scheduled Periodical Maintenance (PM) tasks are completed according to instructions and work schedules.
• Prioritize and ensure safety during Maintenance and Repair work on equipment.

Requirement :

• Minimum education of High School or Vocational School (SMA/SMK).
• Proven experience in supervising a maintenance crew.
• Experience in maintaining/repairing heavy equipment (heavy machinery, dump trucks, utility units, etc.) preferably in mining.
• Experience in nickel mining is a plus.
• Having Competency certification is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site with roster 10:2
• Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)

6. Mechanic Foreman (Excavator Specialist)

Job Description :

• Assist Stakeholders and Leaders in engineering areas based on experiences and handling tasks given by stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly report progress.
• Willing to do short business trip.
• Prepare all related documents based on task.
• Willing to work with new team.
• Task in charge contact person.

Requirement :

• High school, Diploma, or Bachelor\’s Degree in Engineering and related dicipline.
• Candidates with related background or industry will be an advantage.
• Moderate English language skills (able to read machinery manual book).
• Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge to solve problem beneficially.
• Honest, detailed-oriented, and well organized.
• Candidates with related certification (heavy duty equipment) is preffered.
