Kini perusahaan tersebut dimiliki oleh Volvo Group, salah satu pelaku bisnis terbesar di industri truk. Namanya berubah menjadi UD Trucks.

1. Parts Sales Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Reach business plan commitments, optimizing spare parts sales volumes and margins.
  • Drive Parts sales through planning, marketing and developing targets with distributors.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty targets.
  • Responsible for the total utilization of the parts sales business potential, thereby securing the total Parts sales business growth.
  • Manage Key account portfolio and secure optimal loyalty and parts sales performance.
  • Responsible for establishing Parts sales budgets and a long-term plan for Parts sales.
  • Business development through allocated distributors/area.
  • Act as main interface for Parts sales and other parts related matters with other Business.
  • Reporting to Commercial Aftermarket Department Head.
  • Drive Service Sales Managers team.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 years experience as Parts Sales/Parts Analyst/Parts Strategic or related position in Parts (preferable from Trucks or Automotive Industry).
  • Minimum Bachelor degree’s from any majors.
  • Good knowledge in the aftermarket business process.
  • Familiar working with Ms. Office.
  • Good communication and negotiation.
  • Strong integrity.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.


2. Sales Development Section Head

Responsibilities :

  • Create, lead and execute sales strategy by market area.
  • Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in distributors within the sales authorization & budget.
  • Develop sales plan and forecast.
  • Regularly visit customer and identity & acquire prospect customers.
  • Coordinate with distributors on various business aspect i.e. marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc.
  • Coordinate and support Network Development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites.
  • Responsible and managing the sales discount support properly within the budget.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from all major.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (Trucks, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive industry will be an advantage).
  • Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill.
  • Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development.
  • Fluent English both oral and written.
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
  • Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.


3. Sales Development Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Support & provide data for sales strategy by market area.
  • Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in distributors.
  • Support and follow up the implementation of sales plan.
  • Regularly visit customer and identity & acquire prospect customers.
  • Support marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc.
  • Support sales development department activity, plan, and strategic initiative.
  • Support network development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at distributors branch and sites.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from all major.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.

4. Export Import Section Head

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring day to day Import transactions to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouses.
  • Monitoring day to day Export transactions (returnable packages only).
  • Handle and monitoring returnable packages licences.
  • Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO and all regulations related to Exim.
  • Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System, PIB module.
  • Handle customs audit.
  • Liaise with forwarder, logistics company, and goverment (customs office).
  • Up to date with new regulations to ensure compliance.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree’s from all major (Preferable from Logistics Major).
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in Export and Import (preferable from Trucks or Automotive Industry).
  • Having experience in leading a team/project/organization.
  • Familiar working with Ms. Office.
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.


5. Quality, Product, & Service Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring quality standards, product, and process.
  • Secure compliance to manufacturing quality standards and quality control for production including:
  • GQR (Global Quality Requirements), control plan and inspection needed in accordance with IJD Trucks standard
  • Green 0K and product audit process
  • Campaign process or deviation handling
  • Secure and maintain a functioning quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000.
  • Support production quality and quality judgement based on UD Trucks standard.
  • Approve scrapping of non-conformity material and/or excess material.
  • Manage quality claims and campaigns.
  • Do fitting trial for new local part.
  • Propose, trial, and approve packing delivery design.
  • Handling and monitoring part claim to local supplier.
  • Good received unit assembly by SAP.
  • Hand over unit from others business unit.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in process production area in Trucks, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Industry will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree’s from Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment majors.
  • Have strong knowledge and technical skills about Trucks production process, quality production system, and quality standards will be advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, credibility, integrity, and creativity.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written, spoken, and understanding)
  • Wiling to be placed in Karawang.


6. Finance & Accounting Intern

Responsibilities :

  • Collect invoice and supporting documents for payment to vendor and country cash.
  • Prepare payment voucher for vendor invoice and import tax payment.
  • Input green bill (documents transaction) movement to master data document movement file register.
  • Verify completeness supporting document of green bill.
  • Verify invoice with purchase order in SAP related to production transaction.
  • Collect and filing import documents.
  • Prepare export application documents to be submitted to custom office.
  • Support financial statement audit data, tax audit data, and custom audit data.


Qualifications :

  • Fresh graduates from accounting major.
  • Active student in Semester 7 / 8 with no longer have a class are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (good knowledge in SAP program will be an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and good with numbers.
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.

7. Safety, Health, & Environment Intern

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze data related to sustainability issues.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) in the company.
  • Contribute to projects that align with Astra Sustainability Aspiration 2030.
  • Support the implementation of Astra Green Company (AOC) and Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in the company.
  • Manage administrative documents, such as correspondence, archives, and databases related to General Affairs.
  • Coordinate the management of office facilities.


Qualifications :

  • Fresh graduates from occupational, health, and safety (K3) major or all engineering major.
