1. Nickel Sales Officer
Job Description :
- Every day, update the smelters loading conditions.
- Create invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to the smelter.
- Preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
- Handle smelting administrative issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Requirements :
- A minimum of S1 education is required in all majors.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Mining Industry.
- Familiarity with the nickel industry and market dynamics.
- Hardworking, open minded, and innovative.
- Able to join immediately.
- Willing to work in the Head Office (Grogol, West Jakarta).
2. Personal Assistant to Director
Job Description :
- Reporting to Director and performing secretarial duties.
- Processing reimbursement, such travel, payment vendor, and seattlement Director.
- Processing, typing, editing, formatting reports and documents.
- Aranging & scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests on behalf of the Director.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
3. Shipping Officer
Job Description :
- Responsible for renting barges and vessels etc.
- Responsible for tracking the progress for implementation of the shipping, timely communication, coordination and feedback.
- Collecting and organizing relevant documents and market information.
- Assisting superior to handle other related work.
Requirements :
- Have minimum Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
- Candidates with prior experience working in maritime transportations services are preferred.
- Have minimum 1-2 years working experience in shipping role.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar administrative tasks.
- Able to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
- Candidates with Mandarin language skills are preferred.
- Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta.
4. GA Officer
Job Description :
- Weekly update on the teams operational costs.
- PR and MR releases.
- Making buy requests through RFM, obtaining root approval, and monitoring the procurement process until the items arrive at their destination.
- Submitting budget requests and reporting operational costs.
- PIC for equipment management and purchase of villa requirements.
- If necessary, do field surveys and business travels.
Requirements :
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team.
- Easily adapt to company culture.
- Understand the concepts of purchase orders and shipment.
- Understand the payment submission process.
- Understand the functions of administration and filling.
- Have the ability to speak Mandarin (active).
5. Trading Coal Officer
Job Description :
- Monitor and analyze coal market trends, pricing, and supply-demand.
- Execute coal buying and selling transactions, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and buyers.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with coal export regulations and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders in the coal industry.
- Monitor the execution of trading agreements, ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on trading performance and market conditions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in coal or commodities trading, preferably in the mining industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Familiar with market analysis, price calculations, and coal export procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and buyers, and excellent communication abilities.
- Capable of reviewing contracts, following up on obligations, and monitoring the progress of transactions.
- Proactive, eager to learn new market trends, and continuously improve skills in commodity trading.
6. Receptionist
Job Description :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment schedules and reservations.
- Register and record guest arrivals.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document management.
- Oversee the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
- Provide information regarding company services and facilities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.
Requirements :
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in any major.
- Female.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
- Able to work in a team and demonstrate high initiative.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin speakers will have an advantage).
- Warm personality, hospitable, and detail-oriented.
- Available to join ASAP.
