1. Mechanical Piping Drafter

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Engineer.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, PDMS, Caesar-2/Auto-Pipe.
• In-depth understanding of piping standards and codes.
• Able to carry out technical calculations and stress analysis on piping systems.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

Job Description :

• Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D piping drawing.
• Develop isometric and spool drawing for fabrication.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all designs, including specifications, schedules, and technical reports.
• Conduct checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs and revise drawings based on feedback.
• Identify and address any design or technical issues that arise during the drafting process.
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials for piping system based on project needs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

2. Mechanical Piping Engineer

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Engineer.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Hold certificate of SKA Mechanical and Piping is preferred.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, PDMS, Caesar-2/Auto-Pipe.
• Have design, construction, testing, commissioning of mechanical and piping works skill.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG
• With rooster: 9 week on – 3 week off

Job Description :

• Develop, analyze and ensuring piping system compliance with industry standards and safety regulation.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawing, specifications, and reports for piping systems.
• Monitoring and ensure the quality and integrity of piping installations, conducting inspections and tests as required.
• Ensure all designs and installations meet relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve issues related to mechanical piping systems, including troubleshooting and providing maintenance support.

3. SHEQ Marine Manager

Requirement:

• Pendidikan minimum D3 Perkapalan (ANT & ATT lebih diminati)
• Berpengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai di posisi yang sama.
• Diutamakan berpengalaman di perusahaan Marine/Shipping Company
• Memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik

Job Description :

• Mempertahankan dan meningkatkan sistem manajemen Keselamatan
• Membantu DPA dalam kecelakaan dan investigasi
• Mewakili perusahaan di pertemuan SHEQ
• Memantau SHEQ premaster, resiko penilaian, catatan keamanan, DLL
• Memantaui statistik dan laporan keamanan bulanan dan tahunan
• Memahami IMO ISM-Code
• Memahami ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 37001:2016

4. Civil Engineer

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position Hold certificate of SKA Civil or Structure is prefered.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, ETAB, Staad Pro is prefered
• Have design, construction, testing of civil and structure works skill.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

Job Desk :

• Familliar of International Standard Code for reference to Design Civil and Structure Work.
• Perform conseptual design, cost estimation and get vendors availability in local.
• Prepare detail design drawing, document and calculation for civil-structure.
• Monitor fabrication, installation, testing for civil and structure works.
• Familiar Standard Testing of Material and Product including Acceptance Criteria.
• Understood of Soundir, CBR, CBT-Test, & NDT Structure included in Certification Process Approval.
• Familiar with Engineering Correspondence and Handover to Client or the Owner.

5. QA Engineer

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Technical.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position
• Having certificate Lead Auditor 9001:2015
• Have involve all discipline engineer to design, construction, testing, Icomisioning works.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

Job Deskripsi :

• Familliar of International Standard Code for Design & Testing of Civil Structure.
• Responsible for Civil-Str. inspection report of completion project, including certificates & calibration.
• Perform or implementation of all Inspection and Test Plan as meet the project scheduled.
• Understood of Civil-Structure Inspection, Test Report & Certification Process Approval.
• Perform Civil-Structure inspection activity during preparation, installation and testing works.
• Familiar Civil-Structure Standard Testing of Material and Product including Acceptance Criteria.
• Familiar with Engineering Correspondence and Completion system <MC1> to Client or the Owner.
• Carry out internal audits according to approved audit programs and schedules

6. Civil Drafter

Qualification :

• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma.
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position and 5 years experience in another position.
• Hold certificate of AutoCAD, Tekla, PDMS is prefered.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, Any PDMS, Any Tekla is prefered
• Have detail design drawing, civil structure.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG
• With rooster system 9 week on 3 week off

Job Deskripsi :

• Create a design plan using CAD Software Work on rough sketches based on specifications and requirements form engineers.
• Determine and calculate the location, weight dimensions, materials, and procedures for the items being worked on.
• Identify potential problems and review them with engineering team.
• Ensure the final design complies with quality standard regulations.
• Work under the supervisor of an engineer.

7. Scaffolding Designer

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Have minimum 4 years experience in the same position and 4 years experience in another position.
• Hold certificate Scaffolding Inspector is prefered.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG
• With rooster system 9 week on 3 week off

Job Deskripsi :

• Assessing the type of scaffold necessary and planning the layout according to the project specifications.
• Checking the site conditions and preparing the foundation needed for scaffolding installation.
• Erecting scaffolding poles and attaching horizontal tubes to them.
• Fixing the scaffolding to buildings or structure and making sure it is stable.
• Ensuring that scaffolding platforms are solid, safe, and well-guarded.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Conducting regular checks and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.

8. Senior Process Engineer

Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related.
• Having min. 8+ years of experience in a similar role with Project experiences covering from conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC.
• Understanding of engineering workflow, interrelation between own deliverables and critical path of project schedule.
• Good knowledge and experience of process simulation using HYSYS software.
• Good knowledge and experience of pipe flow analysis both steady state and transient using AFT or Pipephase would be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed on Head Office, Jakarta

Job Description :

• Develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software.
• Develop Process Flow diagrams (PFD) to show unit operations.
• Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issue relevant.
• Process Data sheets and Package Duty Specification.
• Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P and IDs).
• Elaborate Cause and Effect Matrix.
• Develop Control Narratives and Logic Sequences for the assigned systems.
• Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, in steady state and transient operation.
• Define the utilities requirements and design the associated systems.
• Define the chemicals and catalysts requirements for the assigned systems and prepare the relevant summary.
• Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment.
• Support the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures.
• Implement contractual design philosophy.
• Check technical quality of calculations, simulations and deliverables produced as per Company Quality System.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task.
• Take part of the multidisciplinary project reviews such as Plot Plan, P and IDs, HAZOP, 3D Model.

9. Senior Instrument & Control Engineer

Qualification :

• Having bachelor’s degree in Physics Engineering (Instrument & Control), or related.
• Having min. 8+ years of experience in the same role with Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power plant industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC.
• Hands-on engineering experience in Instrument and Control Engineering, vendor coordination, process control & shutdown, DCS/SIS/FGS design.
• Handling various telecoms systems design, engineering, solutioning, vendor documents reviews and site acceptance test in FEED/EPC projects.
• Familiar with both International and Local Codes & Standards.
• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
• Proficient in engineering tools/software.
• Willing to be placed on Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Description :

• Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining integrated control and safety systems (ICSS) and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company requirements.
• Sizing and selecting control systems, performing field tests, and loop test transmitters and control valves into systems, instrument index, I/O List, Instrument Data Sheet, Cable Junction Box Grouping.
• Designing process control systems to achieve a desired outcome, optimize performance and support processing equipment including identifying and preparing instrument data sheets for vendor supplied subsystem process control devices.
• Provide technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task, including interface with contractors, project managers, and ensure coordination between Instrument & Control and other discipline.
• Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to instrument & Control on latest standard engineering practice.
• Provide engineering reports in a timely manner.
• Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to Instrument & Control items.
• Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.
• Participate in quality control assessments and adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

10. Senior Piping Engineer

Qualification :

• Having bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• Having min. 8+ years of experience in the same role within Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power plant industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC.
• Hands-on engineering experience in preparing Engineering Packages for procurement and construction, for Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development, for plant modification, new facility and perform technical documents reviews and site acceptance test in FEED/EPC projects.
• Understanding of engineering workflow, interrelation between own deliverables and critical path of project schedule.
• Familiar with both international and Local Codes & Standards, and correct interpretation on technical specifications, drawings, and code and standards.
• Having skill in operating and process simulation using AutoCAD, CAESAR IL PDMS, Pipe Flow, Steady State and Dynamic, SAP2000 or other related engineering software.
• Willing to be placed on Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Description :

• Prepare documents of Engineering Package including, but not limited to; Material Specification and required documents for inquiry (include Painting and Insulation), Piping Layout, Piping Service Class, Line List, Piping Bill of Materials, Isometric Drawings, etc.
• Be responsible for the design of all piping and pipe supports components, including piping flexibility (Stress analysis) specification and critical lines list, calculations of critical piping networks, obtaining loads to allow the design of pipe-rack and foundations; Limit load to Mechanical and Rotating equipment
• Able to Work as site coordinator/supervisor for modification work and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task
• Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination of the package equipment installation, preservation, and pre-commissioning plan.
• Advice on optimizing the construction sequence of the package equipment.
• Advise on the need to make changes to work plan and sequencing of activities to ensure the coordination of several discipline works included in the piping work

11. Civil Designer

Qualification :

• Having min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• Projects, such as Earth Works, Steel Structures, Structure Foundation, Concrete Slab and Water & Having min. 4+ years of experience in preparing civil drawings and documentation for a wide range of Sewerage Controls etc, and associated infrastructure for procurement and construction, for Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development, for plant modification, also new facility.
• Understanding to read and interpret plans and data.
• Good knowledge in civil engineering principles, such as surveying, drainage, and materials science.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Tekla, and other related software.
• Have written and oral communications skill in English and Bahasa
• Willing to be placed on Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Description :

• Prepare quality engineering/technical drawings and documents of industrial civil infrastructure such as access roads, road crossings, grading, site plan/profiles, drainage, civil utilities, cross-sections, details, foundations, produce material quantity take offs.
• Collect initial drawings, calculations and design ideas from engineers, and combine all relevant data into coherent and complete initial design models for review and modification.
• Working within the engineering team to ensure clear and detail of the mechanical and piping design to minimize any requirement for re-design or reworking.
• Coordinate directly with engineers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to technical standards and/or best practices.
• Provide support to engineering team as needed by creating technical drawings and digital models.

12. Electrical Instrument Engineer

Qualification :

Job Deskripsi :

• Engineering design works include power system, lighting system, grounding system, telecommunication system, etc.
• Mostly the design works will be done by teamwork and led by an electrical leader engineer and team members should participate in engineering projects and deliver the produces on schedule.
• Assistant to ensure that project engineering design are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
• Ensuring all technicniques, procedure and design meet appropriate compliance standards.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for technical data/information provisions/receiving.

Qualification :
