1. Accounting – Accountant, Privatization Contractor

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • Minimum Education and Experience
  • A required Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Management from a recognized University or equivalent experiences.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting or financial environment. Experienced in audit assignment is preferable
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Broad knowledge of accounting principles and theory.
  • Oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.
  • Computer literacy: basic office software as well as broad SAP, IT and central reporting applications.
  • Analytical skill.
  • Ability to communicate with various level of people.


The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:

  • Appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Invoice verification and checking.
  • Explain variance analysis by presenting price vs. volume variance.


2. Central Services – Foreman, Corrosion #1

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • D3/S1 with 5 years of experiences in construction/supervisor. 
  • SMA/High school/STM with min 10 years experiences in construction work (welder/rigger/piping). 
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)


Understand technical drawing.

  • Safety, has ability to lead safety meeting, JSA review, Risk assessment, 
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia verbal/written.
  • Able to operate basic computer.


3. Central Services – Foreman, LL Construction Welding/Piping #2

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Minimum high school or vocational school with a minimum of 10 years of field construction experience.
  • Or D3 Degree from relevant engineering, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background with minimum 5 years of field construction experience.
  • Or S1 Degree from relevant engineering, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background with minimum 2 years of field construction experience.
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Technical/Engineering knowledge.
  • Communication and inter personal skills.
  • Basic computer skill.
  • Competent both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.
  • Supervisory (POP certificate) and related training skills.
  • Analyzing skill.

4. Mining Safety – Foreman, Training & Assessment Resources Management #2

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are

  • Undergraduate Diploma (D3) and/or Degree (S1) with at least 2 years directly related professional work experience.
  • Experienced in training and assessment material development.
  • Preferably with Certified Training of Trainer Instruktur KKNI Level 4 BNSP.
  • Familiar with Competency Standard such as SKKNI and SKKK.
  • Familiar with Safety Managements System such as in SMKP, ISO45001.
  • Experienced in training and assessment facilitation.


5. Mining Safety – Manager, Safety Data Management and Industrial Hygiene

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree (non-engineering degree), with 12 years OH&S experience in mining including occupational health and emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent, OR
  • College Degree in Engineering, with 12 years safety experience in mining including occupational health and emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent OR
  • A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), with 8 years of OH&S experience in mining including OH&S management, GOI legal compliance, industrial hygiene, occupational health, emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent.

6. Purchasing – Foreman, Bulk Procurement Support

  • The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or a related field minimal 2 years of experience.


Knowledge, Skills & Characters:

  • Good understanding of inventory, procurement & supply chain.
  • Good supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate counterparts and subordinates actively.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Competency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.
  • Technical Competencies
  • SAP, Ariba, Excel & BTK


7. Superintendent QRF (Quick Responce Force)

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Minimum College Degree – any discipline and favorable from Police or equivalent government security management experience with at least 8 years working experience in Security field.
  • Senior High School graduate with 10 years working experience in Security Field/Operations.
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
