1. Engineer Architectural – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Requirements :
- S1 in Architectural Engineering with minimum 7 years in architecture field.
- S2 will be an advantage.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
ctive in English, Able to work in team, strongly demonstrate good leadership.
Analytical skill.
- Managerial and supervisory skill.
- Project management skill.
- Knowledge of the field (practical knowledge).
- Communication, human relation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of architectural international standard especially IBC
- Computer skill, especially advance in Microsoft Office, Autodesk AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, Revit
2. Engineer Expansion Project – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Requirements :
- S1 Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering majoring in Control System & Instrumentation or Electrical Power with 3 years’ experience in related field.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
- Analytical skill.
- English (Min TOEFL Score 500).
- Project management skill.
- Knowledge of the project field, preferable Mining company experiences.
- Communication, human relation and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skill, especially knowledge in software Studio 5000, InstruCalc, Intool SPI, Cad P & ID, DCS, PLC and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of International standard such as ANSI, IEEE, IEC, AGA, API, ISA, NFPA
3. Foreman, Underground Expansion Rigger – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Minimum SLTA with a minimum of 7 years of field construction experience.
- Or D3 Degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 5-7 years of field construction experience especially in Rigger job.
- Or S1 Degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 3-5 years of field construction experience especially in Rigger job.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
- Technical/Engineering knowledge.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skill.
- Competent both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.
- Supervisory and training skills. (Rigging certificate/training, working at Height, Confined space, Fire Fighting, First aider, LOTOTO and POP Certificate)
- Analyzing skill.
4. Clerk, Salary Admin – Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Description:
- Administer hard and soft copy documentation and records; maintain records and data correctly, effectively and accurately aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Create reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as required) to the customers.
- Coordinate of office supplies requisition, office equipment, PPE, and other required materials and consumables to support group program.
- Make schedules, timetables, physical resources and facilities schedules to assist group supervision ensure effective use of resources.
- Collate, input, and monitor employees’ man-hours, employee change status, employee benefits, and medical check-up attendance data to support implementation of policy and procedures.
- Administer purchase requisitions, employee recruitment, service requisitions, travel bookings, and voucher requests according to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct receptionist duties and respond to customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

The key challenges in this position include:
- Provide administrative support to the groups including tracking costs and expenditure and availability of supplies and materials.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry including activities record, reports, and personal files.
- Apply company policies and procedures.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Possess a D3 diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies with a minimum 3 years directly related work experience.
- Competent in MS Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Power Point, Excel.
- Competent in Written and Oral English.
5. Officer, Compensation Planning& Analysis – Jakarta, Indonesia
Ensuring data update following employee status change (e.g. due to promotion and movement) salary is conducted accurately and in timely manner and how to ensure that analysis is conducted accurately, effectively, efficiently, and in timely manner, with meaningful result to be used as main consideration for compensation strategy by management.
Requirements :
- S1 degree in accounting or similar with at least 3 years of experience in Compensation or Payroll.
6. Assesor, Industrial Hygiene Competency – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate Diploma (D3) and/or Degree (S1) with at least 3 years directly related professional work experience.
- Demonstrated competence in field of expertise.
7. Officer, Laboratory Information Management Systems – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry (S1 Kimia) with at least 2 years of working experience with mining laboratory, or analytical chemistry specialist with at least 3 years working experience in a mining or commercial laboratory environment.
Understand and comply with series of competence certification as follows:
- ISO:17025 certification
- SAP Planner
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Lab works
- Chemical Hazard Communication
- Experience, has certified competency and understand to operating series of laboratory instrument below:
- XRD Mineralogy, XRF, ICP, AAS, LECO
- Fluently in English, since English will be used as daily lab conversation and routine communication with series of FCX stakeholders.
8. Safety – Foreman, Traffic Control – Tembagapura, Papua, Indonesia
Minimum Education and Experience:
- S1 graduate in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health or other Technical Field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in safety mining.
- Experience in all aspects of traffic controls.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Character):
- Technical background with experience in Safety & Health management.
- Computer literacy.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Technical communication skills (written and oral).
9. Sustainable Resource Utilization Specialist – Jakarta, Indonesia
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or Master or a related field.
- Proven experience in tailing management with a focus on community benefits.
