Dalam hal ini anda disarankan terlebih dahulu sebelum anda melemparkan berkas lamaran anda terlebih dahulu anda harus mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan ataupun skill yang dibutuhkan, dengan begitu anda akan mengetahui apakah skill dan kriteria yang anda miliki sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan. Dan apabila hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan keinginan anda, akan tetapi anda ingin masuk dalam perusahaan tersebut, maka jauh-jauh hari anda telah mencari tahu tentang perusahan tersebut, sehingga ketika dibukanya rekrutmen anda tidak akan mengalami kendala.

1. HR Payroll Project

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related major
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Understand SAP Payroll and Taxation
  • Firm, thorough, and have integrity
  • Able to read the flow of payroll Timesheet
  • Able to calculate BPJS TK, KES and Overtime in accordance with UUTK


2. Business Development

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Having a good: Negotiation Skill, Networking, Communication, Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, and Fast Learner
  • attention to detail
  • Having Experience as a Business Development at Oil & Gas or Power Plant industry is a plus
  • Have an interest in the field of Business Development
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


3. Proposal Admin

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree any major
  • Able Operate MS Office
  • attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment


4. Sales Engineer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Having a good: Leadership, Networking, Communication, Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, and Fast Learner
  • Having Experience as a Sales Engineer at Oil & Gas or Power Plant industry is a plus
  • Have an interest in the field of Sales
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


5. Project Control

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
  • Able to Operate Ms Project
  • Proficient in using ms office
  • Willing to be placed on site if needed
  • Communication skills, negotiation, problem solving, work planning, data processing.

6. Project Engineer Mechanical

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Mechanical both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Mechanical software (PV Elite, etc.) is a plus.
  • Have an understanding of rotating and static equipment parts
  • Able to read GA drawings of mechanical equipment
  • Willing to be placed in Project


7. Project Engineer Electrical

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Having 1 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
  • fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team


8. Document Control

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


9. Accounting Staff

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • Having Experience in 1-2 Years in General Accounting, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Have basic tax Knowledge.
  • Able to operate Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc).
  • Good knowledge in accounting.


10. Project Engineer Instrument

Job Description :

  • Assist the Engineering Department in implementing the work plan for product development for plant services according to the targets set by the company.
  • Make reports on the implementation of the work plan on an ongoing basis and reported to the Engineering Manager.
  • Assist Engineering Manager in making cost budget plans for project proposals.
  • Assist Engineering Manager & Program manager in the preparation of Project Execution Plant, in accordance with the proposal that has been made and during project execution.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, instruments, Physics.
  • Understand the process of executing plant service product work.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Instrumentation and control both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
  • Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Instrumentation software is an added value.
  • Understand the working principles of Field Transmitter, Control Valve, DCS, PLC and Safety Device.
  • Able to read P&ID, Cause and Effect, Ladder Diagram Interlock System.
