PT. TAKA Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan holding di indonesia yang bergerak di bidang service and Maintenance rotating equipment, Manufacturing turbomachinery parts (pump, turbin, fan, etc.), Industrial applications parts (Molding dies, fixture, etc.), Repair and manufacture Gearbox parts dan jenis Fabrication lainnya.

1. Finance Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage Cash Management (Deposits, Current Accounts, etc.) optimally to ensure fund activities are under control and as appropriate.
  • Support the review of eligibility of invoice data collected to ensure all Invoices have complete and accurate data.
  • Prepare data and check the completeness and validity of proof of cash/bank expenditure reguired for the company’s financial payment activities.
  • Prepare daily reports and cash flow reports for the preparation of the company’s financial statements.
  • Manage payment activities, distribution of funds with accurate data and in accordance with the Cash Flow Plan through cooperation with banks in a timely manner in order to support the smooth running of operational activities and projects In the company.
  • Reporting and paying corporate tax obligations in accordance with applicabie regulations.
  • Support the preparation of monthiy, guarterly, semesteriy and annual financial reports for the purpose of submitting financial information to management and other related parties (internal and external).
  • Support the preparation of company budgeting from each work unit, manage and update the budget of all work units, and assist in making budget utilization reports.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Finance Staff.
  • Understand the work process in the Finance & Accounting department along with an understanding of related regulations.
  • Understand applicable taxation.
  • Can work with the team.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and reporting skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Willing to be placed in Office Bandung.

2. Finance & Accounting Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate, review, and control the reporting activities and payment of company tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate, and control the company’s cash flow, especially the management of receivables and payables.
  • Coordinate & control the use of the budget so that it is carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform projection and analysis of cash balance or major expenses (outftow) and income (inflow).
  • Control the accounting function in processing financial data and information
  • Ensure that all transactions, and taxation are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations & monitor changes in laws and regulations and new industry developments.
  • Verify financial transaction documents.
  • Perform recording, valuation, and reporting of company assets, and perform effective asset management.
  • Prepare monthly, guarterly, semesteriy, and annual financial reports for the purpose of submitting financial information to management and other related parties (internal and external).
  • Coordinate the preparation of company budgeting from each work unit, manage and update the budgets of all work units, make reparts on the use of the budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate budget utilizatian in accordance with policies and procedures, and make recommendations as necessary.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
  • Understand applicable taxation.
  • Good leadership and time management skills.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Office Bandung
