Kepemilikan saham Traknus dipegang oleh kekuatan konglomerasi besar di Asia & Global yakni grup Astra dan Sumitomo Corporation.  Sejak didirikan pada 11 Juni 1974, Traknus menyediakan produk-produk dari merek terkemuka dunia seperti traktor Massey Ferguson, Traknus Genset dengan mesin Perkins, forklift Toyota, HSC Cranes, Link Belt Cranes, peralatan jalan Sakai, ekskavator mini Kubota, crawler carrier Canycom, forklift BT, forklfit Raymond, kompresor udara Ingersoll Rand dan Lift Equipment JLG. Lebih dari itu, Traknus juga memberikan solusi tambahan dengan layanan penyewaan alat berat dan penjualan FG Wilson Genset melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN).

1. Business Consultant

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients and build networking, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients. Selling Product as Sales Engineer.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from all Engineering Major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Maximum age of 26 years old
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
  • High interest in Sales Activities
  • Have a desire to learn about heavy equipment product
  • Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
  • Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch
  • Fluent in English both oral and written


2. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Maximum age of 25 years old
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
  • High interest in Sales Activities
  • Have a desire to learn about heavy equipment product
  • Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
  • Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch
  • Fluent in English both oral and written


3. Sales Control & Credit Collection

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, implement and ensure all aspects related to invoices, credit and billing in accordance with procedures determined by the company, including:
  • Carry out administrative processes related to Credit Limits given to Customers
  • Ensuring invoices are printed and distributed to operations on time
  • Carry out the billing process for Customer Receivables
  • Perform AR review along with operations team
  • Create reports plan and actual monthly cash in
  • Journalizing cash income
  • Coordinate the collection of accounts receivable


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Maximum age of 26 years old
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
  • High interest in Financial and Administration activities
  • Have a desire to learn about heavy equipment product
  • Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
  • Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in PT Traktor Nusantara HO
  • Fluent in English both oral and written


4. Accounting & Taxes Deputy Department Head

Responsibilities :

  • Make strategic planning and departmental activity plans that are in line with and support the company’s strategy and goals on a monthly, annual, and medium-term basis
  • Monitor, analyze, and ensure all aspects related to accounting and tax activities
  • Perform and evaluate improvements and efficiency of all processes and activities of accounting and taxation activities
  • Coordinate and evaluate accounting and taxation activities throughout the scope of PT. Traktor Nusantara and PT. Swadaya Harapan Nusantara regularly
  • Responsible for employee development within the scope of the Accounting and Tax Department by procedures determined by the company


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting
  • Minimum age of 30 and maximum age of 38
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and taxes with minimum 3 years experience as supervisor or coordinator
  • Have a Good Analytical Thinking and Leadership skills, Interpersonal Skill, Posses Strong Drive, Able to Work in a Team and Work Under Tight Schedule
  • Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven, Detail oriented
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
