Perusahaan ini sebelumnya dimiliki keluarga Sampoerna, namun sejak Mei 2005 kepemilikan mayoritasnya berpindah tangan ke Philip Morris International, perusahaan rokok terbesar di dunia dari Amerika Serikat. Beberapa merek rokok terkenal dari Sampoerna adalah Dji Sam Soe dan A Mild. Kami adalah anak perusahaan PT Philip Morris Indonesia (PMID) dan afiliasi dari Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI), perusahaan tembakau internasional terkemuka di dunia.

Internal Communications Lead


Main responsibility:

  • Translate the business strategy into a site communication strategy that drives behaviors/actions needed to achieve the targets from the CBN, achieve OPEN+ phase progression and advances positive narratives that unify employees around the organization’s strategic priorities. Own the Communication Standard Work Processes and build capability in this area. Represent and position PMI’s unique, purpose-driven culture of create a smoke-free future as a differentiator and competitive advantage.
  • Deploy communication strategy through the existing and future communication channels, content development and delivery to ensure coherent and consistent messaging that drives employee engagement and achievement of the CBN. Collaborate with the PMI global Operations communication network to ensure deployment of global communication strategy and regular sharing of the factory achievements with PMI community.
  • Establish and execute regular employees feedback gathering process through the health checks, surveys, interviews and outcomes of the Employee listening to ensure continuous improvement of the communication product. Aid in the organization and tracking of local and global Employee Listening events (e.g., Pulse Survey, Ambassador program) to measure the impact of engagement against core performance metrics.
  • Provide effective communication support for Reward recognition, Employee Listening and Change Management Standard Work Process within organization. Build Digital capabilities in the organization to ensure communication platforms and means are evolving in line with the business current and future requirements. Develop communication skills and network across departments to support functional communication needs in autonomous way.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Willing to be relocate to all Java area
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in written and in speaking in English
  • Having strong communication skill, good public speaking, computer literature, creative thinking and copy writing
  • Able to do graphic design and do video editing
