PT Saka Farma Laboratories (Kalbe Consumer Health) adalah salah satu anak perusahaan Kalbe Group dibidang produksi dan distribusi obat-obat bebas dengan merek-merek ternama seperti Sakatonik Liver, Mixagrip, dan Mextrile. Berawal tahun 1960 berdiri PT Sakafarma Sehat dengan kegiatan usaha memproduksi & memasarkan obat-obatan. Pada 1997 perusahaan menggandeng PT Kalbe Farma Tbk yaitu perusahaan farmasi terbesar di Tanah Air yang memiliki kompetensi dalam industri tsb untuk bekerjasama meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan perusahaan berubah nama menjadi PT Sakafarma Laboratories. Perusahaan ini secara resmi di akusisi oleh Kalbe Group secara keseluruhan pada Agustus 2009 lalu. PT Saka Farma Laboratories (Kalbe Consumer Health) memiliki fasilitas produksi yang berlokasi di Delta Mas, Cikarang.

1. Senior Brand Manager

Job Description :

  • Identify category growth opportunity through marin tactical marketing practices across brands & countries


Job Requirement(s) :

  • Bachelor degree with min. 5 years of experience with managerial responsibilities in marketing & insight area
  • Have an excellent understanding of Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Adept in data analytical and creative thinking with sound business acumen
  • Good leadership with the ability to motivate a team
  • Able to coordinate & collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
  • English fluency is a must
  • Experience in international market is preferable


2. Brand Manager

Job Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business objective
  • Develop and maintain brand image through research and promotion activity
  • Monitor branding activity and competitor performance
  • Responsible for NPL and risk management
  • Develop suitable pricing strategy
  • Monitor and control brand’s financial performance, COGS, etc.
  • Collaborates with external party such as advertising agency, media, to implement marketing strategy
  • Monitor, control and evaluate team performance


Requirements :

  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position,having experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred
  • OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred
  • Work closely with sales team
  • Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking
  • Willing to relocate (to Head Office, Sunter)


3. Risk Management & Internal Audit

Job Responsibility :

  • Conduct Enterprise Risk Management process which entails risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk monitoring, risk reporting and maintainin formation in the risk register.
  • Conductrisk-based internal audit, including audit preparation, audit field work, audit reporting, and audit recommendation sfollow-up.
  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in each function are complete and based on actual business processes
  • Conduct fraud investigation or other special review as required by management
  • Act as a business partner for all Departments in terms of questions, consultations, and training requirements.
  • Provide and deliver relevant socializations/trainings necessary to employees in order to build an anti-fraud culture and good corporate governance


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Management
  • Have experience in audit and risk management role at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 5 years
  • Ability to collaborate and work closely with any department to define acceptable solutions
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Highly assertive, organized, proactive and independent
  • English – fluent in spoken, writing and reading
  • Have attention to details and accuracy, good communication skills, presentation skill, data analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Having certification related to Risk Management/Internal Audit is preferable
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office Altira Sunter, North Jakarta


4. Brand Executive

Job Description :

  • Prepare and create marketing plans for the product
  • Implement marketing activities in accordance with the strategy set for the product
  • Maintain and develop a product brand image which is handled through research and promotional activities
  • Coordinating the manufacture of promotional items in collaboration with agencies, which are used for promotional activities in the field.
  • Responsible for consumer complaints against products that are his responsibility.
  • Make plans regarding estimated sales to distributors (ROFO)
  • Coordination with Sales Department
  • Collaborate with advertising and media agencies to produce a marketing strategy implementation
  • Monitoring of running programs


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have a minimum 1 year experience in brand management
  • Have attention to details, Good communication skills, Optimistic, Initiative and Like challenges
  • Willing to work placed in Head Office Altira Sunter, North Jakarta


5. Internal Audit

Job Description :

  • Conduct a risk management cycle that includes risk identification, risk assessment, and ensuring that mitigation action plans are completely implemented.
  • Responsible for internal audit cycle in the following areas: commercial, manufacturing, purchasing, human resources, and other business support functions
  • Develop internal audit plan including working paper for the audit
  • Carry out all audit fieldwork that is required
  • Ensure that audit results are reported to management in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
  • Maintain risk register and fraud register
  • Conduct ad hoc reviews/investigations as needed by the business


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management
  • Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 2 years
  • A good problem solver with good understanding on business process
  • Have good communication, collaboration skills, high integrity and self-discipline
  • Meticulous and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to travel

6. Talent Management & Culture

Job Description :

  • Assisting the employee ongoing development through the identification of Training Need Analysis, managing training plan implementation, and ensure training delivery to the employee
  • Engage with several stakeholders to determine deliverables for the development and learning program
  • Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan for leader and LMS Utilization
  • Administration Excellence including Learning & Development progress report and documentation, manage administration inquiries including invoicing, settlement and tax-related document
  • Assisting development program, events, and other method to engage employee and implement KCH Culture Pillars
  • Working closely with internal communication team in creating content that is delivered within the company and social media


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 1 year. Open for Fresh Graduate
  • Understand the Training Need Analysis and Competency Mapping
  • Have ability as trainer or willing to learn to be a trainer
  • Good administrator in managing document
  • Have communication and public speaking skill with high motivation, innovation, and ready to challenges
  • Experienced in the same field at least from internship experience : LnD / managing event
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

7. Brand Design

  • Develop Creative Materials for Kalbe Consumer Health’s Brands.
  • Responsible to create creative materials for Kalbe Consumer Health’s Brands including Point of Sales Materials (POSM; such as Buntings/Streamers, Posters, Dangler, Dummy Pack (enlarged, reduces), Shelf Branding, ShelfTalker, Leaflets&LeafletsDispenser,Wobblers, etc.),digitalmarketingassets,andcampaign materials.
  • Must be creative, think outside the box, offering solution from the creative brief, a smart planner, execute all initiatives, and achieve your KPI.
  • Identify what’s the trends and formulate the insight into creative materials. Optimizing the outcome from the creative brief.


Requirements :

  1. Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect. Creative Thinking, Good Execution.
  2. Know POSM Materials and other marketing materials format.
  3. Have a great interpersonal and communication skill.

8. Cost Accounting Staff

Job Description :

  • Doing closing costing at Oracle
  • Make reports related to COGM every month
  • Perform analysis related to expense
  • Make SOPs related to company operations
  • Exchanging invoices and checking documents related to company transactions
  • Checking and validating RFP (Request For Payment)
  • Data reconciliation


Requirements :

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Having experience min 1 year in the field of finance accounting
  • Able to Reconciliation & data analysis, Reading & analyzing financial statements and Taxation
  • Have Brevet Certification is preferable
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work individually or ina team
  • Attention to detail

9. Planner and Inventory Staff

Job Description :

  • Collecting data, making statistics and analyzing machines breakdown (including periodic maintenance of machines).
  • Filling documents related to the Engineering department
  • Handle general administrative processes and requests for work equipment
  • Handle the EAM Engineering oracle system process
  • Manage and ensure spare parts store stock
  • Submitting material requests and the arrival of material parts for technical needs
  • Handle administration on the HRIS Pro In system related to the needs of technical employees
  • Manage technical drawings
  • Maintain occupational health and safety, environment and 5R in the work environment
  • Implementing a culture of Continuous Improvement in the work area
  • Coordinate corrective actions and improvements machines.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Open for Fresh Graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to operate Oracle system and drawing applications (AutoCAD,SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Have attention to details, highly assertive, organized, and proactive

10. QC Inspector RM/PM

Job Description :

  • Take samples of raw materials and packaging materials
  • Ensure completeness of samples as needed to support the analysis process
  • Ensure that the sampling tools and scales used during the sampling process are ready for use
  • Ensuring that packaging material analysis activities meet the criteria for the analytical method


Requirements :

  • Minimum high school graduate majoring in Science, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 year work experience in the same field
  • Understand CPOB and CGMP
  • Able to use weighing equipment and precision measuring instruments
  • Fast learner and good communication skills
  • Willing to work shifting
  • Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java
