APP menyediakan berbagai produk berkualitas untuk menjawab berkembangnya permintaan global akan tisu, kemasan, dan kertas. Dengan 14 pabrik besar di Indonesia, Tiongkok dan Kanada, APP memiliki kapasitas produksi bubur gabungan, kertas, dan kemasan-grade tahunan lebih 20 juta ton per tahun, dan memasarkan produknya ke lebih 120 negara di enam benua.

This program will give you exposure and advantage :

Learning :

• Understanding of end to end business process
• Attain knowledge from experts in each departement
• Transfer knowledge from the superior and short rotation in division

Projects :

Handling diversfied projects

Analyzing problems with comping up with ideas and improvement

Experience :

Hands on role and lead the project in departement

1. Management Trainee – Finance Accounting

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for fulltime employement
• Applicants must willing to be place in APP office and Mills location

2. Management Trainee – Audit

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement
• Applicants must willing to be place in APP office, Mills location and Region (site)

3. Management Trainee – Area Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn sales administration by completing rotation in sales office and area function
• Learn sales process by completing training program
• Shadow senior sales manager and sales team on a daily basis
• Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
• Leads sales at distributor and outlet with area sales manager and area sales supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Applicants must willing to be place in all arround Indonesia (Sabang to Merauke).
• Have driving licenses (A) and (C)

4. Managament Trainee – CapEx (Engineering)

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is a must
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement
• Applicants must willing to be place in APP office, Mills location and Region (site)

5. Managament Trainee – Continous Improvement

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement

6. Managament Trainee – IT

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Having knowledge about SAP ABAP/HANA/ SE background is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement

7. Managament Trainee – Costing Finance Accounting

Job Qualifications:

This program will give you exposure and advantage :

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree of Accounting.
• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Accounting / COsting
• Having experience to handle Costing or Finance Controler is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement
