1. Operations Control Lead, Shopee Xpress
Job Description:
- Profit and Loss (P&L) management; track actual cost realization vs. budget
- Work with relevant stakeholders for cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage Asset management, track and manage all assets
- Identify loopholes/risks in existing processes related to cost
- Propose, design & implement process improvement needed to eliminate/mitigate the loopholes/risk
- Liaising with different stakeholders to ensure improvements are being executed properly
Requirements:
- Preferably 5+ years of working experience in Project Management, Operational Excellence
- Excellent in problem-solving, data analytics, project management, and financial analysis
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred)
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and able to present key findings to the management team
- Easy to adapt to a new environment
- Willing to Travel
2. Project Management, Shopee Xpress
Job Description:
- Project-based role focusing on process improvement, expansion, execution in a fast-paced environment with nation-wide scale
- Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments
- Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly
- Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering and/or business management from top university- MBA is a plus
- 0-4 years of work experience in a project management role with a tech-startup, management consulting experience with a top firm is a plus
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
3. City Operation Lead - Shopee Xpress (Manado)
Job Description:
- Responsible for HSE implementation and ensure people safety within assigned City(s)
- Leading and Managing day to day overall operations including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile & Last Mile within assigned province(s)
- Responsible for CPP within assigned city(s)
- To ensure operation team follow Company SOP & WI
- Responsible to achieve KPI target that aligned with company goals and objectives
- Be accountable and supervise any expenses incurred
- Responsible to coach & develop team members based on company standard Learning & Development guidelines
Requirements:
- At least has 5 years of experiences in Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing some provinces / regions
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Skilled in Express / Courier Transport Operation Management (First Mile, Middle Mile, Sorting Center & Last Mile), Project, People, and Community Management
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solution in the floor
- Understand and having experiences on operating Transport / Freight Management System (TMS / FMS)
- Placement at Manado & Willing to travel

Job Description:
