1. Remanufacture Process Engineer

Job Description :

Perform production capacity calculations & analysis to become the basis for production planning by considering the availability of area, equipment and man power

Arrange production rate & lead time

Perform business process analysis & plant layout, so as to achieve optimal production.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring Industrial/Mechanical Engineering

Have the ability to think analytically and eager to learn new things

Able to use 3D CAD/CAE design software, such as Solidworks, FEA, ProE, AutoCAD

Able to coordinate and communicate in a team

Able to adapt to the work environment

2. Remanufacture Product Development Engineer

Job Description :

Analyzing bill of materials for new products and reviewing existing bills of materials.

Creating new products that match customer expectations.

Prepare and monitor product development (components) according to business needs

Developing parts/components Sourcing components for the needs of component developers

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical/Materials Engineering

Able to use Solidworks software

Have the ability to think analytically and eager to learn new things

Critical and visionary thinking and high initiative

3. Design Engineer

Job Description:

Make a complete and detailed product design

Ensure that the product can be produced and meet customer needs by considering quality, time and cost

Requirements:

Bachelor majoring in Mechanical Engineering

Capable of using to use 3D design software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.

Capable of doing Finite Element Analysis

Have good communication skills, fast learner, and proactive

Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.

4. Supply Chain Management Engineer

Job Description :

Design process flow of inventory and its usage

Establish capacity planning and budgeting related to supply chain

Improve process efficiency and productivity

Conduct Supply Chain study to support production process

Maintain fabric packing inventory, shell and its usage

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Possess knowledge & skill on Solidwork, Pro E or AutoCAD tools

Good communication & analytical thinking skill

5. Jig & Fixture Designer

Job Description:

Designing jig & fixture

Monitoring the jig & fixture production process

Improving existing jig & fixture design

Requirements:

Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

Proficient in Solidworks & AutoCAD

6. Production Planning and Control (PPC)

Job Description:

8. Inventory Analyst

Job Description:

Supporting, monitoring, and controlling Raw Material Parts readiness and inventory for production needs

Assisting in solving problems regarding Raw Material Parts fulfilment for production needs

Supporting the fulfillment of Consumable Goods’s need for all Plant.

Requirements:

Diploma degree majoring in Engineering

9. Command Center

Job Description:

Research and manage information/ conclusions/ insights from existing data systematically from the company’s ERP system

Conduct and formulate periodic reviews of the developed dashboard

Provide suggestion or recommendations on business operations based of the results of data processing

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering

Job Description:

Coordinate, implement and control all production plant activities effectively and efficiently, related to cost control, which includes:

Check the elements forming the cost before carrying out the technical completed (TeCo)

Analyzing differences in standard costs (Bill Of Materials, routing)

Prepare a cost variance analysis report (on the difference between standard vs actual)

Availability of WIP

Requirements:

12. Internal Auditor

Job Description:

Perform annual audit work plan by focusing on risky areas to test and evaluate the implementation of internal controls in accordance with company policies

Conduct Desk Audit / Pre Audit and Field Audit

Compile and make a report on the results of the audit and submit the report to the President Director

Follow up on audit results, and perform special inspections if there is a request from the Board of Directors.
