1. IT System Admin Linux
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain all server hardware and software systems, as well as manage server performance and availability
- Maintain all system backups and aid in the restoration of all operations, as well as give all users with the necessary training
- Create and manage all system tools for all scripts and automation processes, as well as oversee all capacity planning
- Integrate all essential software and address any difficulties across numerous technologies, as well as design and offer backup support for business servers
- Evaluate all papers per system requirements, as well as all design and development activities, and administrate all sophisticated processes
- Create an infrastructure to handle all business requirements and execute frequent system troubleshooting to fix all difficulties
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Linux Administrator
- Extensive understanding of Linux, including RedHat, CentOS, and Debian
- Working knowledge of MySQL and/or MariaDB
- Understanding of VMWare and SAN administration and concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
- Thorough understanding of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP
- Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, and LPIC) will be viewed favorably
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
2. Site Acquisition Head
Job Objectives:
- Responsible for store opening target aligned with management by creating strategic plan and also controlling all process in Store infra & Development
- Responsible towards all projects from design till last quality checking aligned with management by creating strategic planning and controlling towards all process in Store Infra & Development
Job Requirements :
- Creating Strategic Mapping location to support expansion plan for Erajaya Retail
- Assuring and controlling all process in Store Infra & Development aligned with SOP & legality.
- Assuring store quantity & quality aligned with target
- Assuring effective & efficient budget aligned with Store Development & Store refurbish needs.
- Responsible for Design from quality and budget
- Assuring and controlling all project development aligned with SOP & Legality
- Assuring all projects aligned with budget and timeline
- Assuring effective & efficient budget aligned with project development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, in any field
- Minimum >15 years working experience in the same field
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Exposure in property/leasing/retail as Store Infra & Development
- Strong interpersonal skill & leadership skill
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
3. Merchandise Manager
Responsibilities :
- Creating an intelligent buy plan at SKU level after analyzing all stock related KPIs
- Design and manage assortment and range plan for new products or refresh the range plan for existing categories if needed.
- Manage the order file to deliver accurate data at any given time
- Manage the stock allocation & replenishment if necessary
- Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate action so as to meet business objectives
- Manage & track the OTB plan, esp. spend vs approved OTB budget
- Manage and track global purchases vs Supplier’s commitment
- Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level and create alert mechanisms
- Monitor purchase orders and shipping tracker to make sure all shipments will be on time
- Analyze the promotions conducted by the Brand Team
- Set initial pricing for each SKU on the required margin once new products launched and get the brand team confirmation on same.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams like Brand Team, Sales Team, Warehouse, other channels including ecomm to ensure smooth conduct of business
- Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs and tracking of credit notes from the brand principal, if any
- Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Merchandising & Planning skills, Project Management, Analytical Skills with an Accounting back group.
- High comfort level with MS Office, esp. Power Point and Word.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle large set of complex data and model it as per requirement. Well versed with
- Excel pivots, and functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH.
- Added advantage if have prior experience with data-warehouse, SAP, business planning tools.
- Fluent with English, good communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin will be plus point
