Astra Otoparts Tbk dan Triputra Group yang bergerak di bidang usaha industri pembuatan komponen otomotif yaitu wheel rim (velg) untuk kendaraan roda empat dan sepeda motor. Selain itu kami juga memproduksi produk after market dengan merk dagang FORTIS dan AVANTECH yang telah tersebar di pasar spare part otomotif di Indonesia. Produk kami digunakan untuk pasar Original Equipment for Manufacturer (OEM) Indonesia dan ekspor dengan tujuan antara lain : Malaysia, Jepang, Italia, Hongaria, dan Thailand.

1. Recruitment & Branding Officer

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, and social media).
  • Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire the best talents for the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data driven decisions.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to grow Employer Branding, etc.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology & Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a good analysis and logic of thinking.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willing to know about industrial/manufacture process

2. Automation & Machinery Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Design systems using PLC programs, robotics, and sensor technologies.
  • Maintain systems for installation, integration, and operation.
  • Maintain and upgrade control systems.
  • Use engineering design software to create, modify, and analyze project schematics.
  • Research and develop new technologies.
  • Develop appropriate documentation.
  • Establish equipment specifications and requirements.
  • Perform safety inspections and craft risk assessments.


Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Industrial, or Material Engineering or similar field with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Knowledge of PLC, IOT, or other automation programs
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Have knowledge in drawing 2D and 3D, experience with CAD software or Solid Works preferred
  • Able to work on teams and individually.

3. Quality Assurance

Job Descriptions :

  • Maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by the company
  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
  • Make recommendations for improvement
  • Reporting and present


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Industrial, or Material Engineering or similar field with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill
  • Fast learner

4. Engineering Internship Program

Job Descriptions :

  • Support project development on improvement process efforts
  • Collaborate internal cross function process improvement
  • Support with statistical analysis and other special project
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes related to business process includes root cause analysis


Job Requirements :

  • On going student/final semester student
  • Internship Periode : 4 – 6 Months
  • Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Metallurgy & Material Engineering
  • Have knowledge in drawing 2D and 3D, experience with CAD software or Solid Works preferred
  • Internship Type : Offline/Onsite

5. Process Engineer Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturer processes
  • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
  • Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Perform process simulations
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions


Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacture Engineering minimum GPA 3.00
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software, AutoCAD, CAD, or Solidworks skills
  • With at least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

6. Production Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Oversee and coach employees
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Submit reports on performance and progress
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00

Job Descriptions :

  • Create purchase & sales reports
  • Make a stock inventory report, calculate the cost of goods manufactured
  • Perform analysis of deviations from the calculation cost of manufactured
  • Make a standard cost, etc.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of working experience (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiar with accounting system (in manufacture companies), Ms. Office, and other computerized system.
  • Prefer to work in automotive manufacturing.
  • Having high motivation, good at team work and able to work individually.
  • Proactive, thorought, and resilient.
