1. Senior Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Process Engineering in the development of process simulations, PFD’s, P&ID’s, equipment/line sizing, SAFE charts and all other process documentation required by other engineering disciplines. This also includes specification of all process equipment and systems.
• Ensure that design in all areas of responsibilities in accordance with the Basis of Design, Company HSE and quality standards and relevant codes and specifications.
• Assist with the preparation of maintenance and sparing plans for the production phase.
• Check prints engineering deliverables.
• 
  
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the same position.
• Strong technical/ engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturers and system suppliers, including the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hookup, commissioning and start-up of major gas turbine driven compression and power generation equipment.
• Must be computer literate (Ms Office, HYSYS, pipesim, pipenet, PHAST, OLGA, Ledaflow, Flarenet).
• The candidate is expected to be well versed with contemporary computer software used for process simulation and familiar with API, ASME and relevant Standards and design codes.
• Applicants should be self-starters, able to work independently, willingness to learn and have a passion in delivery the tasks with tight deadline.
• Strong analytical skills and creative in handling projects.

2. Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Process Engineer and Senior Process Engineer to produce process engineering deliverables (e.g. design basis, specifications, analysis reports, etc) in accordance with relevant industry regulations, standards, codes and specifications, to meet company and project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years in process design and implementation experience in oil and gas company
• Experience with steady-state and dynamic process simulation software (e.g. HYSYS, UniSim, etc)

3. Process Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Safety design with consideration of layer of protection and inherently safer design including facility sitting, layout and spacing, drainage and released system, isolation energy in line with instrumentation and control system and also developing safety critical equipment.
• Develop conceptual safety engineering design, detail process safety engineering with the desired outcome of providing safe and cost effective engineering solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experienced 3 – 5 years as Process Safety Engineer in Oil and Gas company
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced in the use computer programs applicable to such designs.

4. Instrument Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Instrument Engineer to produce design reports (design absis, specification, and analysis report) in accordance with relevant industry regulations, standards, codes and specifications, to meet company and project objective
• Responsibility to make report to supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff in Engineering – Oil/gas or equivalent
• Sizing and calculation

5. Senior Piping Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Piping Engineer to generate Piping engineering analysis, calculations and reports using proper software or manual Assist Piping Engineer to prepare technical query to the client if any discrepancies in and/or spesifications are found design required
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidate must be at least Bcahelor in DIV Piping Engineering
• Having minimum 8 years experience as Piping Engineer in Oil / Gas Sector

6. Civil Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing design and check civil design and drawings (using 3D and/or 2D tools) in accordance with relevant industry objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum background education is high school or D3 in Civil Engineering
• Experienced 3 – 5 years as Civil Designer
• Will be preparing and checking civil design and drawings (using 3D and/or 2D tools) based on the sketch from civil designer
• Ensure that civil drawings for the required projects is in accordance with the Basis of Design and all relevant codes, standards and specifications, and project requirements
• Execute MDR as planned by Lead Civil Engineer
• Able to operate AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and PDMS (optional, will be a plus point)

7. Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing civil design, preparing calculations, developing specifications, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes
• Execute project based on outlined criteria

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1 – 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Experience with StaadPro, ETABS, and SAP2000
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills

8. Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager’s day to day works in managing all staff to ensure deliverables are produces on time and within budget.
• The work shall include but not be limited to coordination of engineering technical activities, inter-discipline interfacing, preparation of scope of work, proposal evaluations, supervision of project procurement, cost estimation and coordination of all project activities involved in fabrication, installation and startup phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in every major of Engineering Discipline
• Having Minimum 2 – 4 years experience as Project Engineer in Oil / Gas Sector
• Having good English skill (verbal and written)

9. Project Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager and Financial controller, record all transactions in the field, record timesheet for all personnel
• Making progress report to Project Manager to run project according to schedule and time specified
• Assist the Project Manager’s day to day works in managing all staff to ensure deliverables are produces on time and within budget
• The work shall include but not be limited to coordination of engineering technical activities, inter-discipline interfacing, preparation of scope of work, proposal evaluations, supervision of project procurement, cost estimation and coordination of all project activities involved in fabrication, installation and startup phases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill and superior planning and organization skill. International experience is desirable
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to use Microsoft Project & Primavera
