PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk adalah sebuah perusahaan produsen ban terbesar di Asia Tenggara, perusahaan yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan ban dengan kualitas tinggi baik untuk mobil penumpang, SUV’s/Truck ringan, Off road, industri maupun sepeda motor. PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk juga memproduksi dan mendistribusikan produk karet lainnya seperti karet sintesis, benang ban, ban dalam, flap, o-ring dan masih banyak lagi.

1. Account Payable Staff

• Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Finance or equivalent from reputable university
• Have minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance or as Account Payable Staff
• Have a good knowledge in PSAK (Accounting)
• Have a good knowledge in account payable
• Have a good knowledge in accounting journal
• Have a deep knowledge in Banking and Transactional Business
• Computer literate
• Good in English (verbal and oral)
• Location: Head Office, Jakarta

2. Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements :

• Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree (from any major)
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience (automotive or ecommerce company will be a plus point)
• Have a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, boost search engine, digital ad, google analytic, etc.
• Have a knowledge in web developing will be a plus point
• Have a knowledge in processing Big Data, AI, and etc.
• Creative & initiative
• Able to develop digital communication strategies
• Excellent in public speaking
• Have a good presentation skill
• Must be able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Willing to be mobile anytime (including weekends – events)

3. Driver

Kualifikasi :

• Usia Maksimal 27 Tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat
• Memiliki SIM A & B
• Pengalaman sebagai Driver (pribadi maupun perusahaan) selama 1 tahun
• Rajin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
• Penampilan bersih & rapi
• Bersedia lembur
• Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Jakarta Pusat

4. Import Staff

Kualifikasi :

• Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang terkait
• Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import
• Bersedia untuk melakukan pengiriman dokumen ke instansi terkait (mobile)
• Location: Head Office, Jakarta

5. Internship Program

Kualifikasi :

• Usia minimum 18 tahun dan usia maksimum 22 tahun saat diproses seleksi.
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat, jurusan IPA atau Teknik (Teknik Mesin, Teknik Kelistrikan, Teknik Otomotif, Teknik Perkapalan, Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Industri, Teknik Bangunan, Teknik Pertambangan dan sejenisnya).
• Tinggi badan minimum 160cm.
• Belum pernah mengikuti tes penerimaan karyawan/peserta magang di PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
• Kandidat bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi dan penempatan pemagangan yang ditentukan oleh PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
• Kandidat tidak dipungut biaya apapun!
• Periode magang selama 12 bulan (1 Tahun)

6. Network Administrator Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a related field
• Has more than 7 years of experience in a network administrator/infrastructure role
• Working knowledge and expertise in Administrator Network, CCNA, AD/OS Windows Server 2016/2019 and Ms. Exchange: 2016/2019
• Mastery in Antivirus Trend Micro, Backup Arcserve UDP, HCI Technology and Cluster 2016/2019 is an added value
• Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions
• Placement: Jakarta

7. Security

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat
• Maksimum usia 25 tahun
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Security atau petugas keamanan merupakan poin plus
• Memiliki sertifikat Gada Pratama merupakan poin plus
• Apabila belum memiliki Sertifikat Gada Pratama, bersedia mengikuti pelatihan-nya dengan biaya pribadi
• Memiliki kepribadian jujur, bertanggung jawab, loyal dan berani

8. Talent Acquisition Officer

Requirements :

• Maximum 27 years old
• Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
• Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
• Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
• Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
• Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
• Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
• Have a good analytical and communication skill
• Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality
• Have a strong working motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

9. Customer Relation Export Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
• Has minimum 5 years of working experience as SCM Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales
• Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT
• Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

10. Digital Marketing Developer Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree at Computer Science from reputable university
• Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing developing experience (automotive or ecommerce company will be a plus point)
• Have 2 years of experience developing in current technologies
• Creative & initiative
• Able to develop digital communication strategies
• Able to troubleshoots, fixes defects and extens the functionality of existing websites, systems, applications, mobile apps, and content management systems
• Have a good presentation skill

11. Export Sales Assistant Manager

Requirements :

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or relevant studies with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Minimum more than 2 years experience (for officer) and more than 5 years experience (for supervisor) as a
• Mobile & Web Developer or similar position
• Able to develop digital communication strategies

15. Sales Automobile Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master degree in any major from reputable university
• Has minimum 3 years working experience in retail sales/export sales/OEM sales from automotive industry or related business
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and Proficient in English
• Good strategic planning and management skills
• Willing to travel

16. Shipping Document Staff

Requirements :

• Have the experience in handling shipping documents export at least for 1 year, preferably in an export oriented company (on the shipper-side/manufacturing company), or in the shipping line/freight forwarding company
• Have the experience in liaising with shipping line/freight forwarding/trucking company in related to the preparation of export process
• Having good understanding on export process and procedure i.e on general pre and post export procedure, or on specific ones i.e using L/C (Letter of Credit), filling-in Custom Export Declaration (PEB – Pemberitahuan Export Barang), understand how to use third party interface i.e such as INTTRA for booking arrangement, etc, preparation/revision documents for LPBC/KITE related on the export-side
• Having a Degree (minimum Diploma) from related background (Transport Management is preferred) or with relevant work experience
• Possess good command of English (i.e regularly handle email communications in English)
• Focus, Detailed and Meticulous

17. Driver Truk

Kualifikasi :
